Returns Policy
Return Window: Products must be returned within 2 working days of delivery.
Confirmation Required: Please contact our team before sending anything back. We’ll provide you with a Returns Code and the correct returns address (please do not send items to our office).
Return Condition: Goods must be unused, unmarked, and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that have been used or altered.
Handling Fees
Non-faulty goods are subject to a 15% – 50% handling/restocking fee (depending on product type).
Spare parts: 50% handling fee.
Custom-built or made-to-order items (e.g., lifting slings, cargo lashings, chain hoists) may not be eligible for return, or may incur up to 100% fee.
These charges are applied by our suppliers, and we do not profit from them.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the goods are faulty).
If the replacement costs less, we’ll refund the difference (after handling fee).
If the replacement costs more, we’ll request the balance.
Refunds Policy
Once we receive your returned goods at our warehouse, they will undergo a physical inspection. After successful verification, your refund will be processed.
Refunds are credited back to the same account used for payment.
The refund will be initiated within 7 working days after the day we receive the product back.
You will receive a confirmation once the refund is successfully processed.
Shipping Costs
Faulty goods can be returned for repair, replacement, or refund.
Our team and manufacturer will assess the product before making a final decision.
